How to know if someone is controlling my iPhone?

How can I find out who or what is in my phone? I have an idea but how can I confirm it? Ppl needing app controls are the ones doing this? Is that correct?

My brand new iPhone 14 was doing the same thing. I got the new phone because someone was doing it to my iPhone 12. I got a new phone, number, I cloud account, gmail, had to try to get into my account that all those accounts were linked to and change to my new accounts and make new passwords not through my phone or any device in my home that uses my Wi-Fi. I had to reset my Wi-Fi router and disconnect any smart devices in my home including tvs, gaming consoles, AirPods, etc. that could be a link for them to connect to your phone. I also had to reset my car because my phone connected via Bluetooth. Since I’ve done that I haven’t had any other issues. Hopefully that makes sense to you and can offer some help. It’s exhausting trying to manage it all.

I don't know what this SystemUI is you refer to, but if it was downloaded to your iPhone, remove it. Otherwise, nothing you have posted proves your phone is being controlled by anyone else. Sure, you have some issues, but unless you haded the phone to someone for a period of time, they could not have downloaded anything on your iPhone to control it.

Well, the battery runs out fast, there are several things I can’t do I should be able to. Like for example, I signed out of my iCloud so I could change passwords and things as a security measure to block them out, but now it will not let me sign back in. It glitches all the time, and my mic and camera is on way more often than not. I learned the orange and green dot above the battery is one or the other. Oh, and the remote systemui thing was downloaded on my phone, which is an app that allows ppl to control your phone remotely from anywhere. I’ve been locked out of my messenger, my face book, and the people I think are doing it, know waAaaaay too much about what I’ve done, where I’ve gone etc.

So these apps people can buy to remotely control your phone are bogus?! It just so happens the one of the people i suspect that are in it is very and I mean very tech savvy and can do just about anything. He was military police and did technology infiltration something or nother, I can’t remember exactly what his title was called, but if there is the slightest way to hack into something he’s be the one to do it. He’s very close to my boyfriend and I think he’s the other. I did see on his phone where he was trying to find app controls for an iPhone when he has an android, so why would he need app controls for an iPhone? So like anything I need to do in order to protect my phone or to change an app to make it safer or to benefit me tryin to fix it, the buttons are all “grayed” out where I can’t push them, like they don’t work.
