Macbook Pro M1 2020 consumes a lot of battery when sleep.
Hi all, I have been having problems with my Macbook Pro 14 M1 2020 for several days. Basically the Mac consumes a lot of battery while it is in sleep mode (20% at night (8 hours)).
The Mac is about 1 year and 3 months old, and has been used more or less mixed between attached to a desk and on battery power. The use was for programming and video calls.
As far as the operating system is concerned, the latest version of MacOS Ventura is installed on the Mac, via clean installation (done two weeks ago) via flash drive.
The battery currently has a maximum capacity of 86% with 140 charge cycles, which is not encouraging (I've already spoken to support about it), but I don't think it's the real problem, indeed perhaps it is a consequence.
Writing on reddit a user advised me to install Sleep Aid, and by running it for a whole night the program actually shows me anomalous behavior. I am attaching everything to the post.
Can someone help me ?
