Cannot send photos to android

I’ve cleared data, reboot, sms, mms, blah…. This happened after updating and I’ve updated once again. I’ve always been happy with Apple products until now. Calling into customer service cannot resolve and the customer service doesn’t seem to be as knowledgeable as before. This reminds me of Blackberry before they went out of business. Is anyone else thinking of changing to android? 😪

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble sending photos to an Android device. There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Make sure that both your iPhone and the Android device are connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network.
  2. Check the file size of the photos you are trying to send. Some carriers have limits on the size of MMS messages, and if the photos are too large, they may not be sent.
  3. Try restarting both your iPhone and the Android device.
  4. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS and the latest version of the messaging app you are using on your iPhone.
  5. If you are using a third-party messaging app, try using the built-in Messages app to send the photos.

If none of these steps help, you may want to try contacting Apple support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue or suggest other options for sending photos.
