Cannot send photos to android

Iā€™ve cleared data, reboot, sms, mms, blahā€¦. This happened after updating and Iā€™ve updated once again. Iā€™ve always been happy with Apple products until now. Calling into customer service cannot resolve and the customer service doesnā€™t seem to be as knowledgeable as before. This reminds me of Blackberry before they went out of business. Is anyone else thinking of changing to android? 😪
