Can't receive or send photos to androids

Hi, I can't send or receive photos if they're being sent to or from androids. What can I do? I've done all the updates, checked my settings, and nothing has worked.

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15

do you have your carriers correct mms settings in

settings->mobile data->mobile data network
