Since the update, I cannot send or receive photos from Android users. I have researched and done all the suggestions. Turned on and off messages, reset settings, turn on and off and nothing. This is beyond frustrating!
Has anything worked to fix this?

Yes there is a way to fix that. Contact your carrier since MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. They should be able to correct this once you contact them.
