How to get animated faces working on AppleWatch?

I purchased a package that has an Animated faces and I have installed a couple and yet none of the animation works. Is there aI purchased a package that has animated faces and I have installed a couple and yet none of the animation works. Is there anyway that I can get the animations to function? And yes, I realize this will reduce my battery time.
