Unsure why but I keep having issues where the keyboard or monitors will stop working and the only way is unplug then plug back in. This Mac mini is temperamental

Using a USB-C connection with some displays can be sketchy.
What model is the Dell and does it also provide Display Port input?
If so, test a USB-C to Display Port cable for video and then use a USB-C to USB-A cable for the Dells USB hub.
I agree. Sadly it’s working most of the time. It’s just that it doesn’t work all the time. So if it doesn’t work I have to walk around to the back of my desk and unplug replug it back into the Mac mini.

Razor keyboard dell monitor and using white usbc cable from Apple. Also mouse is razor too.
