Delete iCloud account without password
I cannot reset my iCloud user name because I’ve changed my phone number that was not updated in my account. How do I delete the iCloud account without a password?

In order to delete your iCloud account, you'll need to regain access to it first because you'll need to sign into your privacy page to complete the deletion request:
Sign in with your Apple ID at privacy.apple.com on a Mac, PC, iPhone, or iPad, and select “Request to delete your account”.

Once you've regained access to your Apple ID and password, you can follow the steps in the first link we shared above to request deletion of your Apple ID.
