I can't make purchases on the Apple Online Store

I can't make any purchases on the Apple Online Store website. It lets me add items to the Shopping Bag but when I sign in, I get the message,"The page you're looking for can't be found."

I am currently using a mid 2014 Macbook Pro with MacOS Big Sur 11.7.2. My brother has a 2018 Intel Mac Mini running MacOS Ventura 13.1.

I get the same message on both machines when I try to place an order.

This has never happened before. Is there any issue with the Apple website?
