Failed dictation

I know failed dictation on Apple Watch is not a new issue, but has anyone solved this problem? I have been working on this for a long time. I have done all the trouble shooting I can think of. My watch is only 1 year old (I think it’s just out of its warranty). I have un-paired and then paired again. I have made sure the software is up to date on both devices. I have tried all of the troubleshooting advice I have found in reading the watch manual and advice I have found in my on-line research. I haven’t been able to fix the issue yet.
