Ventura System Setting Message every few minutes. Need help

When you can't find a program that starts up, try this:

From within System Settings, General, Login Items.....Look for

an entry in the list that has a small 'i' within a circle. You can click on the 'i'

and it will open a finder window to the associated location. Or look in and

view the files in these locations (using TextEdit) to see if you can spot which

one it is. (Go to Finder, Go, enter /Library). Don't use your library from your username

You can delete them but keep them in the Trash Can just in case so you can restore them

if it causes more problems.

Do you have SnapChat installed? Apparently they also have products like Spectacles and Bitmoji. If you have any of those, uninstall them. Hopefully they have some kind of official uninstallers or uninstallation instructions.

I can see the item in "Allow in the background" under login items. Have disabled this, but cannot delete it, and I'm still get pops notifications regardless of what I do all the time.
