I set up the mobil carrier billing and it’s available too, but when i try to buy something in apps I can’t use it. It offer the Apple pay with my credit card and I can’t change it.
How can I use in app purchase the mobile carrier billing?
Please contact your carrier, you might need to add funds to you SIM card balance.

I have funds in my SIM card balance. I can set up the mobile billing and I had the code, my carrier approved etc but when I try to buy something I can’t change the credit card to mobile billing.
