unable to load yahoo mail

yahoo mail is not loading on my phone

If you're using Apple Mail app on your unidentified iPhone model, I suggest that you try this work around: go to Settings>Mail>Account and delete your Yahoo account, restart your iPhone, then re-add your email account, after checking your outgoing/incoming parameters (SMTP/IMAP/POP3) with Yahoo support team.

If you're using Yahoo mail app, contact Yahoo directly and explain your problem.
