FWIW, in my experience users have differing ideas about what an app won't open means. Sometimes, it won't launch, sometimes it opens but no data, etc.

Yes. And I tested Weatherly and is working to. No problem.

Why don't you use the Weather app in your operating system? I tested Weartherly application and there are no problems, it works ok.
