The weather app in macOS Ventura (13.5) is completely blank (see screenshot). The widget appears to be working correctly, but clicking on the widget gives a blank screen.
Is there any way to debug this and find out what's causing the problem? (I do say that on my other MacBook Pro (14", M1, 2021), the Weather app is working fine)

System Settings : Privacy & Security : Location Services (enable this). Without Location Service being enabled you get the blank screen. Having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on will improve the accuracy of Location Services.
