Problem synching One Touch Verio Flex meter with One Touch Reveal app

I have had the OneTouch Reveal app on my phone for a couple years and use it at least twice a day. Yesterday it wouldn't sync up. It goes through the motions but the data isn't transferred from the One Touc Veriod Flex device to my phone. The device seems to be working just fine. It worked yesterday (Jan. 1, 2023) at 7:41 am (but not since then), so I don't think the new year is the problem. Any ideas?

Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities. Try these troubleshooting steps first if you are noticing an issue with an app responding as you would expect: 


  1. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Update your iPhone or iPad.
  4. Make sure that the meter is connected. Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad
