Can I add sleep data on Apple Watch without erasing my nightly sleep results?

May I add sleep data without erasing my nightly sleep results? For example, if I fall back asleep, my Apple Watch doesn’t pick up and record that additional sleep.

Hi Andy1209,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you want to add sleep data to the Health app.

To add sleep data:

  1. Open the Health app
  2. Choose Browse along the bottom of the app
  3. Select Sleep
  4. Choose Add Data from the top-right corner
  5. Enter the desired details

You can find additional details in Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone.

Regards.
