My iPhone 14 Pro Max processing dark photos. Is there a remedy?

I have written them there and I suggest everyone Does so too. Please let’s let them know what a mayhem of a phone they released to the world with which you can’t take a good selfie for crying out loud!

Why is my photos coming out like this I always used to get better photos then this it just look black and white it doesn’t want to add color to it at all. Yes I can edit but it just don’t look natural

It’s so frusterating to spend this much on a iPhone that is marketed for the camera, the whole reason I got the promax was because the camera was supposed to be great. But sadly it’s not, I miss my iPhone 11 promax. All my photos now look great through the camera until I take them and then a couple seconds later they are darker, worse quality, and over sharpened it looks like. It’s ruined so many photos over the past year it’s dissapointing.

My Wife has an IPhone 14 Plus (not pro) and I have a 15 pro max…my 15 is darker and grainier in the dark while her 14 is so much brighter and clear. Super disappointed thinking my latest model would out perform but seems like this has been an issue for a while. Is the “pro” versions just using lower grade cameras or is it. Software issue?

My iPhone 14 pro takes horrible selfies! When taking the pictures seems normal but 2 seconds later it turns dark! iPhone 14 pro, worseeeeee camera I have ever had! Do not recommend this phone.

Honestly, it’s super frustrating and really annoying to spend all that money on a phone only for it to be the absolute worst camera experience ever. I’m so disappointed.

The front facing pictures are darker than the 13 too I just took a side by side on my camera. I’m going to return my 14 pro and down grade to the 13 pro this bull.

I recently did the same. Got rid of my 14 pro and went back to a 13 pro. Such a shame that they don’t read these comments and refuse to fix the issue.

The pictures are horrible. Same problem with iphone Pro Max. IPhone 10 was much better. I wish I still had it. I took pics of my fine art. Now I can't. They look horrible.

Yes, Apple, fix it! Pic starts okay then goes dark.

100% agree. Thousands of us know there’s an issue. Hopefully Apple will correct this at some point.

Yeah, I do NOT look like this in a mirror. Think I’m gonna trade this phone in for an 11 or 12 after I pay it off tbh

Seeing this after buying mine really breaks my heart.. I really regret moving from my 12 pro max.. it was much better

Fix the darkness issue on the 14pro!!! It’s ridiculous that you can’t capture a normal photo inside for the price of this camera!
