Unable to redeem code/app for work

Trying to download a company/work app, keep getting "Cannot Redeem Code...you've already redeemed this offer." When I click ok, it doesn't allow me to get to the app. This message doesn't go away.

Accessing pro apps bundle using codes Hello, I have purchased the pro apps bundle for education and received an email containing access codes to install the apps, however, when I try to redeem using the codes in the app store it freezes and turns grey and nothing happens.
