Accessing pro apps bundle using codes

Hello,

I have purchased the pro apps bundle for education and received an email containing access codes to install the apps, however, when I try to redeem using the codes in the app store it freezes and turns grey and nothing happens.

Logic Pro redeem-code missing in Educational Bundle Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me, I purchased days ago the educational bundle with FinalCut, Logic Pro, Motion, MaintStage and compresson. I received all the redemption-codes except the one for Logic, I contacted support 4 times and for 4 times they continue to sending me the same pair of emails (password+pdf with codes) where inside I only find 4 of the 5 codes I should receive(FinalCut, Motion, MaintStage and compresson). Redeem Code from our Bussiness store is struck on loading Redeem Code from our Bussiness store is struck on loading i don't know why but it's keep loading so our Employee can't download the apps. Anyone got any solution ? can any one help ?

Unable to redeem code/app for work Trying to download a company/work app, keep getting "Cannot Redeem Code...you've already redeemed this offer." When I click ok, it doesn't allow me to get to the app. This message doesn't go away. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
