Remove connected apps to AppleTV

Does anyone know if you can remove any of the connect apps? It’s listed in settings > apps > TV and it’s one of the last listed options has a connect to TV section and I can see how to connect and disconnect but let’s say for example I’ve downloaded something by accident and the pop up notification/ dialogue box has come up asking if I want to connect to the Apple TV app. I say no but it pops up in the list still. Does anyone know how to delete this from the connected apps listing?

PS. I have tried both on my phone and the Apple TV itself and also tried removing the apps from my iPhone and all Apple TVs on my iCloud ID. Pic attached for reference >>>>

thanks for looking into this and getting back to me.

I appreciate your advice but as stated in my initial message I have tired deleting the app from all Apple TVs registered under my iCloud account but when you go to the settings > apps > TV and it’s one of the last listed options has a connect to TV section this is what I am talking about.

I cannot removed I can only connect and disconnect services. I would like to fully removed please, do you know if that is a possibility or not?

We understand you're trying to remove apps from your Apple TV. We'd be happy to provide information on how to do this.

This article includes the steps for how to remove an app: Customize the Apple TV Home Screen

1. Select the app you want to delete, then press and hold the clickpad center (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or touch surface (Siri Remote 1st generation) until the app starts to jiggle.

2. Press the Play/Pause button for more options, then choose Delete.

Deleting an app also deletes its data. You can download any app again that you’ve purchased on the App Store, free of charge, but the data may not be restored.
