How do I erase past data from fitness?

I want to erase my rings and my medals. The watch account I was signed into when I achieved the medals is not the watch account I’m signed into now.

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8

Hi sydnie0,

Here's how to delete health and fitness information:

"Delete information that you entered

If you entered incorrect details when manually adding health information, you can delete the record.

  1. Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab.
  2. Tap a category, like Activity.
  3. Tap a subcategory, like Steps.
  4. Tap Show All Data, then tap Edit in the upper-right corner.
  5. Tap the Delete button next to the record you want to delete. You can also tap Delete All to delete every record. "

You can check out the full resource here: Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch

However, keep in mind that this will delete the information on your account so no matter which watch you use that information will be gone. So if you plan on returning to the other watch that information won't be there anymore. We hope this helps.

Take care.
