Iphone unavailable

My phone just got this message( Iphone unavailable ) after typing the password many times wrong and I know the password I just need another attempt.

I do not want to restore my phone because I really want my data.

Is there any possible solution?

I have backed it up to the icloud, but now I go through icloud settings and select the phone and it appears that there is no previous backup.

note that my data my was 200GB on icloud, and now it is only 72GB.
