EasyJet plus

I’ve just renewed my EasyJet plus membership they emailed a virtual membership card but it won’t download to my wallet

it says the server can’t be found

I have had this issue before and again this year, and in 2021 they resent the email and the add to apple wallet worked. I’ve just tried from that same email and I’ve successfully added my latest easyjet plus card to my wallet! So if you have used the add to apple wallet successfully in the past then go back to that email and use it! Let us know if others get this to work?

If you see the "Add to Apple Wallet logo, make sure you are following the steps from this resource: Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet - Apple Support


  1. "Open the app, email, notification, or other communication that contains your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass.
  2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.

3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

4. If necessary, tap Add in the upper right corner.

If you don't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app, contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app.

When you add a boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app on your iPhone, you automatically add it to the Wallet app on your paired Apple Watch.


We also recommend restarting your device and keeping it updated as those steps assure you have cleared out any minor software issues and are running the most current version.

If you still see the alert, you will need to reach out to easyJet for further assistance as they may need to provide a new link to add to Wallet if pass is supported.
