my father have buy an iphone device in USA and have send it in Albania. The problem is that my device dont accept europian card sim and dont function the europian data what can i do about this problem?

The phone is carrier locked. It can only be activated and used on the US carrier it is locked to.

You (or your father) will have to contact the carrier it is locked to and ask if they will unlock it.

If they will not do so, you will not be able to use it. Send it back to your father.

Ask your father to return the iPhone. Purchase an iPhone in the country where it will be used.
