Change Apple ID on Fitness app?

I have two apple IDs on my iPhone: my main Apple ID and a secondary ID that I use for the App Store and share with a family member. The Apple ID I use for the App Store/purchases is under the name of my family member and not my own. I noticed the Apple Fitness app uses the secondary Apple ID by default and I can not find a way to change it to my own primary Apple ID. Is there a way to change the Apple ID on the fitness app to not be the secondary Apple ID used for App Store/purchases/media?

If not, is the only way to get around this problem to set up family sharing with my other family member and only use my main Apple ID on my phone but still share purchases through the family sharing?
