Right AirPod Pro battery dies within one minute

My right airpods pro 2nd gen charge very quickly, but die within a min after plug in my ear. I have tried setting my airpods not working. Any solution?

The battery is dying.

No idea.

There's a lot of different factors at play.

Each Airpod has it's own battery, the fact the left one is fine is irrelevant.

Something similar is happening to my right airpod and sometimes it just goes to 0% when I put it in the case. This is frustrating.
