We see you're unable to update your payment method. Restarting was a great step, and if the issue persists, we have a few other suggestions.
First, test from both portrait and landscape mode. Do you get the same result in both orientations? Here's how to Rotate the screen on your iPhone or iPod touch, depending on whether your iPhone has a Home button or not:

- Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center.
- Tap the Portrait Orientation Lock button
