My apple watch isn’t letting me download apps from the cloud.

Can someone tell me why i keep getting the message “unable to complete request please try again later”

I have restarted it, tried it once every couple hours, and also have updated it and nothing worked.

Hello Paige_Lear-Kaul,

Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities.

You’ve done some great troubleshooting so far. You may also want to try using the App Store when your watch is connected with a different network connection. Check the instructions in the Apple Support article below to connect using Wi-Fi if you are currently connecting with cellular data.

You may also try to install the same apps using the iPhone that is paired with your Apple Watch. The second article below explains more.

Cheers!

Hi Paige_Lear-Kaul,

It sounds like the issue is just with the one app, Pakka Pets Village. Is that correct?

If so, you'll want to verify that the app is up to date, by checking in the App store.

How to manually update apps on your Apple device

How to manually update apps on your Apple Watch
1. Open the App Store and scroll down to the bottom.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Updates.
3. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

Then, try the app again. If still having an issue with just that app, then you'll want to contact the App Developer, as this is not an Apple app.

How to contact an app developer

If your Apple Watch is having connectivity issues with other apps and features, then you'll want to contact Apple Support.
