I have the same problem with a WF-3620. It started a few days ago after many years of using this printer without problems.
The printer is connected to the network (the wifi icon on the printer is on). The printer goes into pause mode when I start printing. If I unpause it, it gets stuck at "Ready to print" but doesn't print the document. Normally blue lights start blinking on the printer when it's printing, but they don't.
Things I tried that didn't solve the problem:
- Update MacOS to 13.1 (I had 12.6 when the problem started)
- Install the latest driver (12.62)
- Delete and reinstall the printer in Printer preferences
- Check the that the printer is on the network using the router utility (it is)
- Check that I can access the printer utility by typing its IP address in a web browser (I can)
- Print from different macs
- Print from different apps (Word, Acrobat, Firefox)
Any ideas?
