IPhone 14 Pro Max Purchased Ringtones Not Appearing

Logged into my Apple ID on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and none of my purchased ringtones nor text tones appear. I think all of my purchased music did. Logged in with my old iPhone 11 Pro Max, everything appears.

I have quite a few purchased content and none of the pre-written/forum support guides help, so please do not direct to a thread that states to log into account or restart device.
