my iPhone is up to date. (IOS 17.3) i bought three songs to put them as my ringtone. every time i go to klick on “download all purchased tones” my songs doesn’t show up. i’ve tried restarting my phone and re downloading all three songs but nothing is working.

i bought three songs to put them as my ringtone.
When you have purchased songs, check in Music -> Library -> Recently Added.
To make and/or use a song as a ringtone, you must first make that song suitable for a ringtone.

Are you trying to use these are ringtones? Or text tones? If you're trying to use them as text tones, that doesn't work at present. When Apple will fix this is unknown.
