Download & Transfer purchased songs to ringtones

I can’t seem to move purchased music to sounds so that I can use them. In sounds app I can choose tone store or download purchased tones. Once I choose download link it turns gray and disappears and nothing happens. Same thing with tapping tone store in sound app. Once in tap download it goes gray. That’s it. I also tried restarting my phone and it’s updated. Thanks
