Apple TV Remote

Is there a way to disable the button on the side of the remote? I don’t talk to my box and if I accidentally bump the button it interrupts my program.

There is currently no method to disable the side button on the Siri Remote (2nd or 3rd generation).

You may suggest a toggle settings for that for a future version tvOS. Feedback - Apple TV - Apple.
