Payment method verification code sent to wrong number
It has been a long while since the last time I made a purchase with my iPad. I now need to "verify" my payment method. I went to settings-my name-payment & shipping, from there It says to enter code sent to (My Land line number), like I wrote, it's been a while.
I then went to my apple account and changed my number as well on my iPad.
My next attempt it showed "Enter the verification code sent to (My Mobil number)"
BUT, it also showed "The SMS request to the number have exceeded the limit. Please wait a while and try again.
I waited until the next day to try again.
NOW it shows "To use family organizer's PayPal, enter the verification code that was sent to family organizer's phone (My land line number)
Even after I disabled "Family Shearing" and I can't find anywhere my number would still be my land line.
