We have a few questions that will help us isolate your issue:
- Are you using the iPhone without a case or a compatible MagSafe case?
- What type of power adapter are you plugged into?
- Does this issue persist when you plug in a regular charger?
- Does restarting the iPhone help? (This can sometimes resolve minor software issues.)
