My phone will no longer scan my sensor on my LibreLink app. I’ve tried a new sensor twice and reinstalled the app twice too.

We recommend making sure that the app associated with device as well as your iPhone are up-to-date. You can learn how to update your device here:
"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
- Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
- Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install."
