Audible notifications on iPhone 13
I saw that the problem may be related to syncing with Apple Watch… Is it possible the same problem with Bluetooth hearing aids question… And with the fix be the same to on the sink and re-sink?

Are you unable to hear notifications on your iPhone? If so, check the Ring/Silent switch. If orange is showing, your notifications are being silenced. Move the switch forward—toward the device's display—so that orange isn't showing.
If the issue persists, restart your iPhone. Although simple, this step can help correct some unexpected issues. It's also a good idea to make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version, since this can help with overall performance: Apple security updates.
