iPhone XR Text Message Notification Alert Fails On Lock Screen

Hello,

My iPhone XR is no longer giving an audio notification when the phone is locked. I have missed countless texts from family, friends, and work as I no longer get any audio notification that a text has arrived. I literally have to pic up my phone every 5 minutes and see if I have any messages on my Lock Screen. My Apple Watch Nike SE running os 9.4 is no help either.

I do not have "Do not Disturb" on.

All other apps produce sounds.

My iPhoneXR settings are:

OS 16.4.1

Im not one to customize in depth, but is there another setting I might be missing?

Go to Settings and tap Notifications. Select an app under Notification Style. Under Alerts, choose the alert style that you want. If you turn on Allow Notifications, choose when you want the notifications delivered — immediately or in the scheduled notification summary.

To schedule a notifications summary, tap Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary. ...

You can allow access to Notification Center on the Lock Screen. Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (on an iPhone with Face ID) or Touch ID & Passcode (on other iPhone models). Enter your passcode. Scroll down and turn on Notification Center (below Allow Access When Locked).

Sorry, none of the above are helpful.

See image above in my original post.

I do not need a scheduled summary. Notification audio needs to be delivered immediately.

"You can allow access to Notification Center on the Lock Screen"

As stated above, notifications are being delivered to the Home Screen. Im not getting any AUDIO alert.

If any further screenshots of my settings are needed, please let me know.
