Macbook Pro wifi dropping with google wifi

My macbook pro drops from the Google Fiber wifi in my home once a while. I noticed that someone had the same problem (e.g., Macbook Pro wifi dropping with google wifi - Apple Community ), but no solutions were posted. I hence post this problem again to get help.


BTW, my other macbook pro or cellphones or tablets had no such issue. And the macbook pro that has such an issue doesn't drop wifi when I use it at other places (e.g., my work place, public libraries).

what MacBook Pro model by model-year and screen size?

what version MacOS?

Wi-Fi Recommendations. Click Wi-Fi  in Control Center or the menu bar and check for a menu item named Wi-Fi Recommendations. If you see it, your Mac has detected an issue and has recommendations. Choose Wi-Fi Recommendations to learn more.*


If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi - Apple Support


Wi-Fi performance is strongly dependent on your Wi-Fi 'Network neighborhood", i.e., what are Wi-FI radio conditions and what other devices are sharing the airwaves and competing with your Router(s).


More tools are available, including a snapshot tool by holding Option while you click on the Wi-Fi Icon on the menuBar. The report looks like this older one. Please screenshot or transcribe the values shown:
