I need to speak to one of Apple's senior management ASAP. The front-line phone operators in the middle east are absolutely clueless (most of them) even the good ones don't know any solution to my issue. The issue is that I get this error message everytime I try to place an order with gift card I purchased from Apple Store app.
Hello ~ I was able to get through immediately on this link for purchasing assistance…click here>>>>Get Support. Once the link opens choose chat and wait. We are fellow forum users like yourself and have no access to your accounts. In the meantime add a new payment method until you get it sorted with Apple. I know there have been and may continue to be some system outages but you can get through to Apple. Sorry you are having an issue.

I've tried to contact by chat, email, and phone number. I've contacted Apple on everything and I still get nothing.
I know. I posted here as a hopeless cry for help if someone knows any Apple employee personally. as I said before I contacted them million times and they couldn't help me.
