Is possible to this with one button click a on apple tv remote?

The preferred way would be for HDMI devices to signal each other through CEC, then IR isn’t needed for this.
CEC would need to be activated on all capable devices that either listen or send such CEC commands.

• turn off/on/sleep apple tv
• turn on/off tv via IR command
• turn on/off receiver via IR command
The power button on the Siri Remote (2nd and 3rd generation) is supposed to be able to send an IR signal to TVs as well. Not additional devices such as receivers, though.

I understand, but what if TV and receiver do not have hdmi cec or cec is broken.
I know that mute button and volume buttons can send IR singnals. My question is, whether power button can send IR signal, ideally multiple signals at the same time.
