Macbook Air terms of conditions not letting me accept

Trying to sign in with my Apple ID and when i get onto the terms and conditions it doesn’t let me accept them. Even when i click the more button on the agreements i cant scroll down

If you are unable to get past the terms and conditions for your Apple ID on your Mac, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

If it seems like the text on your Mac is too big or zoomed in, check your resolution Change your Mac display’s resolution and set it to Default for Display.
Quit System Preferences and try again - Quit apps on Mac
Restart and try again - Shut down or restart your Mac
Ensure you are up to date How to update the software on your Mac
Try to complete it in safe mode as it can help you determine whether issues you’re experiencing are caused by software that loads as your Mac starts up. How to use safe mode on your Mac
