Screentime: multiple downtime time ranges per day.

This is a repost from another user. The post is from 2019, I have the same question. Crazy that in 2023, that there does not seem to be a clear cut native ios solution for this. If there is a native ios solution, can someone advise? if not, does anyone know of a third party app solution- e.g. If, then/then that, maybe????

I know you can customize a single time range for downtime per day. Is there a way to schedule more than one time range per day? I would like to schedule downtime during school/classroom hours and only allow usage outside of those hours.

Here's an example of a customized downtime schedule I would like to setup for Monday - Friday:

M-F

12am - 6am (Downtime)

8am - 12pm (Downtime during school until lunch)

1pm - 3pm (Downtime after lunch until end of school)

8pm - 12am (Downtime)
