Can’t seam to get cellular data to work on new iPad old one had a SIM card this one dose not

Assuming that you have a WiFi+Cellular model iPad, this support page should help with setup of Cellular service:

You should note that you will require a physical DataSIM explicitly provisioned for an iPad or mobile broadband - or activate Cellular service using the built-in eSIM. Many mobile phone SIM cards are unusable with iPad.

Are you using an eSim? If so have you tried getting support from the carrier?
