Help with security, contact card.

Hello everyone, I am in need of urgent assistance.

One of my recruiters reached out to my mother to grab my contact info. She has and Android, but my recruiter and I have iPhones. My mother sent my contact card to him, and when he opened it, my SSN, bank account info, passwords etc appeared under the “Notes” section. Luckily he alerted me and sent me screenshots. How do I take all that information off and prevent it from being shared like that?
