VPN won’t stay turned off for prime vidio

How to get VPN to stay turned off keeps turning itself back on when I try to watch prime video.

Can’t delete VPN added by Palo Alto Network’s GlobalProtect app Has anyone ever experienced this? I installed Palo Alto Network’s GlobalProtect app from the app store. Later I deleted the app, however the VPN still shows up under Settings > VPN > DEVICE VPN. Also, when I click on the VPN there is no “Delete VPN” option. As it stands now I can not get this VPN off my device. This is happening on my iPad and iPhone. Besides wiping my device and starting over, can anyone thing of a fix for this?

You could just delete the VPN, unless it is used to access a business or school private network. If that is its purpose your IT management can block the ability to turn it off, as they want all traffic to go through their network.
