Raise to listen not working suddenly happened to WhatsApp. And also checked with Signal, same issue. Even restart the apps and iPhone, problem still here. how can fix this issue without reset the iphone? thanks.

i tried talking to whatsapp support they kept saying some bs and that to go get the proximity sensor checked but when i get calls it works normally its just that when i raise to listen a voice message the audio stays muted
Thanks a lot for your reply. I have also check other apps with same function, all not working, means I can excluded is WhatsApp issue. Seems like is system error rather than single apps problem.
