Does iPhone 8 Plus (A1864) support 3G 900mHz

Hi in Australia Optus is shutting down part of its 3G network to allocate them to 4G and 5G unsupported On iPhone 8plus.

but they are not shutting down the 900mHz band I don’t know why but my phone uses 3G sometimes will my iPhone support the 900mHz band of 3G?

Yea but I find 4G in my area slower than 3G and I find better coverage with it too

and like I mentioned it sometimes uses 3G for calling
